2.2 Proof of Delivery & Service Fulfillment
You acknowledge that fulfillment of this service begins immediately upon purchase, including but not limited to:
Account creation and onboarding access
Delivery of digital education materials, systems, and tools
Activation of marketing and/or sales processes
These actions constitute full or partial delivery of the service, regardless of outcome.
2.3 Dispute Resolution Agreement
By completing your purchase, you agree to:
First contact support to resolve any issue in good faith
Allow a reasonable time for resolution
Not misuse dispute or chargeback mechanisms to bypass the stated refund policy
We reserve the right to deny future service, revoke access, and pursue recovery of funds in cases of fraudulent or abusive chargebacks.
